JOB PACKAGE: Basic £40-45k plus bonus (up to 10% of your salary)
JOB HOURS: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch
JOB WORKING ARRANGEMENTS: 100% office based, no plans for home working

With this in mind, they are keen to hire someone with experience of managing a team of administrators (ideally Sales Admin people) who will play an integral part in that growth.
Your new role
Your job will be to support the team with day to day management to ensure that the distribution of work is even and equal. Motivating and supporting your team is at the heart of this job, which is why a proven track record is essential to my client. You will be responsible for managing SLAs on quotes, deliveries and order variations and so you'll be tasked with developing effective KPI reports that will be shared with the senior leadership team so that other departments can understand and plan their activities around your team.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of managing a medium sized team is the main priority on my clients wish list. You'll need to show us your skill at keeping a team focussed, productive, motivated and happy. A "can do" attitude is critical, and we want to bring in someone who is great at solving problems but also who can spot a problem brewing and deal with it before it becomes an issue.
