As Sales Administrator you will be working alongside the Sales department, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day processes in Sales Administration. The ideal candidate will be motivated, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Key Job Areas of the Sales Administrator role:
- Maintain vehicle stock records as per vehicle purchases and sales.
- Coordinate preparation of customer orders within the sales department.
- Organise registration and taxation of new vehicles.
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure required works are completed on new and used vehicles.
- Arrange invoicing for vehicle sales.
- Prepare deal files for handover to customers.
- Work as alongside the sales department and wider dealership team.
What we’re looking for in a Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role (motor trade experience is preferrable).
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision
- Must have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems
