Job description

Sales Administration Assistant

£25,000 + per annum depending on experience

Hull

Permanent, full-time

Office based (no working from home option)

Proposed start date: Immediate

Are you a highly organised and detail oriented individual who enjoys supporting a dynamic sales team? Our client, a leading organisation in their industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator Assistant to join their team. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organising documents and files

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing sales environment
