SALES/ADMIN OFFICE ASSISTANT
Full Time 39.5 Hours Monday – Friday
Monday – Thursday 7.45am – 4.30pm (45-minute lunch break)
Friday 7.45am – 4.00pm (45-minute lunch break)
Reporting to Office Manager:
We are looking for someone to join our small team who possesses excellent and organisational skills, interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. The ability to multi task is essential and must have an excellent phone manner and IT skills. Must have at least 2 years admin experience.
Duties will include but not exhaustive to:
· Accurate and timely processing of customer orders onto the in-house computer system.
· Production of delivery notes and invoices.
· Processing of completed dispatch sheets including sorting, numerically, scanning and filing.
· Answering incoming calls within 2 rings.
· The creation and amendment of computer records.
· Processing customer payments.
· Dealing with customer enquiries quickly and efficiently.
· Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
· Have excellent customer service.
· Provide admin support to the sales staff.
· Liaise with warehouse staff, delivery drivers and sales staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,648.00 per year
