This role will be working from our Glasgow office with hybrid and flexible working options available.
The Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team who sell our IESVE technology for energy-efficient buildings. The successful candidate will be supporting customers as well as a team of business development managers operating across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our sales team to maximise opportunities for growth.
- Maintaining an organised customer database using Salesforce (CRM).
- Updating and delivering reports – supporting Head of Sales.
- Managing customer licences and trials.
- Sales Lead generation and supporting pre and post sales.
- Business travel planning and co-ordination.
- Assisting the other IES teams as required.
The Candidate
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Essential Skills:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form and build relationships.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Experience working in an office administration role.
- Experience in a sales role either in person or on the phone.
