Talent84 are delighted to be supporting our exciting global manufacturing client with their search for a Sales Administrator to support their busy in-house sales team. The role will entail processing end-to-end sales, speaking with customers and requires exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a sales administration role and be a competent user of Microsoft Excel.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery.
- Build long lasting relationships with customer base.
- Create and maintain customer accounts accurately.
- Support with delivery arrangements ensuring lead times are adhered to.
- Smoothly convert quotes to order.
- Customer service phone calls.
- Respond to customer emails in polite and professional manner.
Criteria
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate, competent user of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
