Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join their growing team within the energy sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting their sales efforts by providing administrative assistance to their sales team. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to our success.
In return our Sales Administrator will receive an attractive salary, 25 days annual leave, company pension, reward and recognition.
Duties:
• Ensuring the timely and accurate entry of data on the Customer Database.
• Monitoring of data input.
• Extraction of data from Database.
• Supporting the sales team function with administrative tasks such as updating proposals, confirming appointments, etc.
You will need:
• Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Dynamics, Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Previous exposure to an office environment.
• Awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR.
• Drive to develop and progress.
