Confident, professional Sales Administrator required for a large, successful manufacturing company based in Brierley Hill
The purpose of the role is to oversee all order processing and booking deliveries along with associated admin tasks
Main duties to include:
- Putting orders on sage– producing delivery notes and invoices.
- Bookingdaily orders with our carriers for daily collections.
- Checking on deliveries next day, chasing carriers for pods.
- Informing customers re deliveries
- Checking off delivery notes against invoices.
- Putting suppliers’ orders received on sage.
- Checking off suppliers’ invoices, ordering stationery
- Keeping H&S manual up to date
- Addressing customer enquiries by phone or email
- Answering phone, filing and making tea!
The right candidate would
- Hold relevant sales admin experience
- Computer literate
- Professional telephone manner
- Be happy to work in a small but successful team
In return, the company are offering:
- Salary of £23,500 - £24,000
- 28 days holiday
- Permanent role

- Working hours 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday
