Job Description
Sales Administrator, Wincanton, £11.00 - £12.00ph to start, Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00, Ongoing Temporary role.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an industry leading supplier to the leisure industry. As a Sales Administrator you will be in charge of processing customer orders and ensure high quality service is met throughout the customer experience. As a Sales Administrator your role will be varied, but you can expect:
- Process quotes, orders and invoices and returns
- Manage and upkeep client records
- Support the marketing team
- Upkeep and improve customer relations
- Maintain internal computer systems.
You will be joining a lively team that is passionate about producing good quality work and delivering a high level of customer service. As a Sales Administrator you should bring your enthusiastic and pro-active nature to the role. As well as:
- Good knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
