As a vital member of their small team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience for valued clients!

Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders through various channels (phone, email, website)
- Accurately input order details into the company's system
- Verify product availability and communicate any potential delays to customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding orders
- Provide updates on order status, shipping information and any other relevant details
- Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate and organised records of customer orders and interactions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and order processing systems
