Job description

Our client is keen to appoint a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their family-run business as a Sales Administrator! As a vital member of their small team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience for valued clients!

  • 27,000 per annum
  • Beeston, NG9
  • Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review customer orders through various channels (phone, email, website)
  • Accurately input order details into the company's system
  • Verify product availability and communicate any potential delays to customers
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding orders
  • Provide updates on order status, shipping information and any other relevant details
  • Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of customer orders and interactions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and order processing systems
