Sales Administrator

Groomfield Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their client based in Aston, Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the company's operations.

• Hourly rate of 11.50 to 12.00, dependent on experience
• Working hours: 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 12:00 Friday
• Opportunity to transition from a temporary to a permanent position

The Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be:

• Answering inbound sales calls and responding to email queries
• Involved in advertising and campaigning initiatives
• Collaborating with the team to understand the business product system
• Processing orders and updating the CRM
• Operating Adobe Software and working alongside the production and distribution team
• Updating Excel sheets and inputting formulas

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator role should have:

• Knowledge and experience with Adobe software
• Proficiency in Excel, particularly in inputting formulas
• A willingness to learn and hit the ground running
• A keen eye for detail

The Package:

The Sales Administrator role offers an hourly rate of 11.50 to 12.00, dependent on experience. The role is initially temporary, with the potential to become a permanent position over a 12-week basis.
