KJN Automation Ltd a leader in the supply of Aluminum Profile and Accessories have an exciting position for a Sales support Administrator to join our innovative team. As part of the Rubix Group this is a great opportunity to help support the continued growth of the company.
Duties will involve:
To provide administrative support to the sales team by processing and managing orders.
Generating quotations and follow up with customers.
Dealing with customers and handling any queries regarding orders.
Research and report on identifying potential new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales manager.
Assisting in managing and producing performance reports.
Supporting in general administration tasks.
Support and coordinate with other departments to ensure customers orders and needs are met.
Requirements and skills:
Some knowledge of working with Sage 50 would be useful but not essential.
Team player
Ability to work to deadlines
Proficiency in word and excel essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
