We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Sales Administrator to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales environment, and have an excellent telephone manner.
Duties will include:
Process all sales administration and customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, utilizing the relevant systems
• Handle customer queries and orders while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
• Proactively develop existing accounts by identifying and seizing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across the product portfolio
• Dealing with incoming customer queries and providing advice & solutions
• Undertaking outbound activity to help identify and target new customers
• Working closely with and supporting the external sales team
• Administration of sales orders/quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
• Regular use of internal CRM system
• Closely liaising with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
