We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a very well established and successful company based in Redditch. This varied Sales Administrator role will encompass day-to-day administration, answering any price enquires from customers and confirming delivery information.
Working within the Sales Department, the Sales Administrator will ultimately be responsible for answering customer queries, managing incoming sales orders, and preparing despatch notes etc.
Sales Administrator key duties will be:
- Liaising with customers both by telephone and email.
- Dealing with any customer queries and transferring to right department
- Process and input customer orders on the system
- Receiving and accurately processing related paperwork i.e., despatch notes.
- Sending proof of delivery and answering questions on price and availability of items
- Filing, and general ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Good IT skills including MS Office (Excel & Word) and Outlook.
- Previous sales administration, sales support, sales order processing experience.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- High accuracy, good attention to detail.
- Well-organised.
- Positive 'can do' attitude.
