Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Luton - LU2, Bedfordshire

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm

Salary: 24,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
• Manage order processing and respond to order queries promptly.
• Handle panel templates and panel purchase orders efficiently.
• Proactively chase back orders, presenting updates in fortnightly meetings.
• Conduct regular customer service calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate data sheets and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets.
• Stay informed on the complete product range through continuous training.
• Create specific quotations using the CRM system SAP.
• Utilise MS Visio to design panel templates for customer approval.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with multiple stake holder demands.
• Achieve and exceed Customer Service KPIs.
