Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
- Manage order processing and respond to order queries promptly.
- Handle panel templates and panel purchase orders efficiently.
- Proactively chase back orders, presenting updates in fortnightly meetings.
- Conduct regular customer service calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate data sheets and wiring diagrams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets.
- Stay informed on the complete product range through continuous training.
- Create specific quotations using the CRM system SAP.
- Utilise MS Visio to design panel templates for customer approval.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with multiple stake holder demands.
- Achieve and exceed Customer Service KPIs.
