Sales Administrator

Office Angels presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our client, who are a leading provider within their respective industry. Our client is in search of a dedicated and experienced Sales Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis or fixed term basis for the next 9-12 months.

Location: North Shields - free parking onsite

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 9-12 months, with potential for further opportunities for the right candidate

Hourly rate: 12.47ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels

Once fully trained the successful candidate will have the option of a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities:

• Updating the inhouse system
• Processing payments
• Date input
• Cross checking all orders to ensure they are correct
• Email management
• Updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Liaising with clients
• Answering incoming calls
• Dealing with any client enquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Sales Administration role is required.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
