Temporary Sales Administrator (Gateshead)

Are you an organised individual with a passion for sales support? Join a leading team in Gateshead, UK as a Temporary Sales Administration Assistant! We're seeking a detail-oriented multitasker to join this dynamic team for a 3-month opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in contributing to the success of a sales department.

Job Title:Temporary Sales Administrator
Immediate start
Pay: 12.00PH - 13.00PH
Location: Gateshead
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments such as logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
