HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Currently looking for a administrator to support the Office Manager helping to ensure the smooth running of the department and producing information by the production directors
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- General admin of sales orders
- Produce sales order/quotations and invoices through SAP
- Liaising with customers and Production directors
- Coordinate with Costume, Shipping and dispatch Departments
- Filling paperwork
- Covering reception
We'd love to speak with candidates with:
- Microsoft office skills (Word & Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Some administration experience
