Sales Administrator
My Client, a well-established SME now has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Hyde. This is a great role for candidates who enjoy a diverse role. They will have a high level of interpersonal skills and will be detailed oriented.
Duties include:
- Process sales orders.
- Accurately enter, monitor and maintain picking lists and Invoices.
- Provide information between Sales, Stock Control and Shipping to accurately process customer sales orders in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Sales staff to ensure products and prices are correct.
- Check customer accounts and payment history.
- Liaise with Goods Outwards to manage delivery scheduling.
- Develop and manage customer relationships to ensure the customer needs are met.
- Arranging transport to ensure appropriate delivery of goods.
- Provide after-sales support
Key Skills required:
Good multitasking skills
Excellent Sales Admin experience
Able to work to deadline
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter, motivated and willing to learn.
The ability to carry out administrative tasks and understand business operations.
