Job Overview:
Whitebox Cocktails are looking to hire a Sales Administrator to work within our growing Head Office based in Sighthill Edinburgh, 3 days a week. Our team is a small but dynamic group with a goal of achieving the best in customer service for our canned cocktail company. You will work as the Sales Administratorin a relaxed environment ensuring that orders are processed and invoiced accordingly as well as carrying out other duties as required.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive and acknowledge new orders via email from our customers directly
- Processing customer orders
- Process sample requests from team
- Keep an accurate record of sample stock sent out
- Creating and printing shipping labels
- Invoicing customers daily
- Monitor customer enquiries via email
Required skills and experience :
- Experience in a customer service role
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrates an organised, structured approach to work.
- Professional courteous demeanour
- Good interpersonal skills along with a willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organisational requirements
- Ability to promote a positive image of the company
Salary: 24k FTE, 3 days per week
- I.T. literate and proficient within Email, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good English written and verbal communication skills along with good arithmetic skills
- Experience working with Xero is preferred but not essential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
