Core Functions:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our operations, including:
Role Responsibilities:
- Handling sales, customer service, complaints, and team logistics.
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Booking jobs through our internal management systems.
- Corresponding with agents and customers via email.
- Generating and sending quotes to clients.
- Pursuing outstanding invoices.
- Following up on customer inquiries.
- Creating and managing databases.
- Updating accounts ledgers.
- Booking parking for team members.
- Conducting fortnightly email campaigns.
- Populating databases with relevant information.
- Overseeing essential administrative and clerical functions, such as user maintenance, report generation, and dashboard management.
- Addressing and forwarding customer complaints to the relevant departments.
