Job description

Fantastic Sales Administrator role available now in Bredbury!Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of CRM software, and outstanding communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between our sales team and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Input and update customer data, sales activities, and relevant documentation into the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff on how to effectively utilise the CRM system.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to customers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
