Hours: Monday- Wednesday 09:00-18:00, Thursday 09:00-17:30 Friday 09:00-16.30

Due to continued growth and their pursuit of excellence, we are recruiting for an experienced, Sales Administrator to support and maintain the delivery of exceptional customer facing experiences.
Your role will be a dynamic and fast paced. You will be the first point of contact for customers and a face of the business.
Duties
- Appointment setting for sales rep team
- Inbound call handling and answering enquiries
- Maintain CRM system and ensure it is kept up to date
- Taking channel leads and contacting customer to confirm budgets and time scripts
- Understanding of the products and pairing appropriately with best sales people
Essential Skills
- Proficient on CRM and call reporting systems
- Confident using Microsoft Offices, mainly Excel, Word, and Presentations
- Customer service focused attitude
- Excellent telephone manner.
