Sales Administrator Executive
North Leeds
Salary up to £25,000 DOE

My client a leading manufacturing company based in North Leeds, are looking for a Sales Administrator Executive to join their already established yet small team.
Your skills will be complemented by first class interpersonal skills. You will excel at communicating with clients in a friendly and approachable way, with a view to building long-standing relationships whilst supporting the Sales Manager.
Duties of Sales & Marketing Executive:
* Answering inbound customer equiries
* Making outbound calls to lapsed and potential customers
* Researching new customers
* Answering customer queries and sending out product information
* Creating and maintaining a databse of current and potential customers
* Following up on live quotations
* Researching and qualifying new leads
* Working along side external sales to arrange visits to discuss techincal applications
* Staying informed about competing products and services
* Sending out eshots and mailshots
* Putting together Marketing Campaigns / Databases with support of the marketing department at Head Office
Essential:
* Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
* Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
* An ability to demonstrate an aptitude for working with complex procedures and deadlines
* Ability to work consistently to very high standards
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work meticulously and efficiently whilst managing a number of tasks
* Good computer and IT skills essential
