We are delighted to be working with a market-leading and innovative business in Oxford who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a temporay basis within the Customer Quality Team to support with administrative tasks.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday within a temporary contract for 6 months and will be reporting to the Business Operations Manager. You will also have the opportunity to work 2/3 days from home.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Managing general enquiries
. Ensuring customer qualification processes are completed to a high standard
. Managing customer accounts on the trackers
. Providing administrative support to Sales Team and Business Operations Team
The client is ideally looking for a candidate who has experience working within the Healthcare Sector or with Health Care Devices.
The ideal candidate will be:
. Experienced in SAP and SalesForce
. Excellent Excel skills (VLookup and Pivot Tables essential)
. Reliable, conscientious and organised
. Background of administration
