Your new company
A manufacturing business based in Chorley are searching for an Administrator to help and support within their sales team. Due to the development of internal progression the business is now expanding, and this company is now seeking a new candidate on a full-time permanent basis to join their business, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with hybrid working.
Your new role
As Sales administrator your duties will include supporting the sales team with all administration, including but not limited to Supporting the Head of Sales, Key Account Managers and Sales Co-ordinators.
Other responsibilities will include processing customer orders and credit notes in a timely fashion, supporting company values, booking relevant orders, supporting contract pricing, forecast and customer stock.
What you will need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you will need a strong understanding and a good track record of having excellent attention to detail whilst being able to identify any errors and to have the ability to second check work and to take ownership.
Along with great written and face to face communication, with a positive "Can Do" attitude and ability to multitask.
