The candidate will be responsible for administering the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to invoice and payment and playing a pivotal role in ensuring that all customer orders are processed accurately, and the company's business systems updated and maintained.
This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in fast-paced environments and can adapt easily. People who apply for this role must have at least 3 years sales administration experience.

Key Details : Sales Administrator
- Deliver the Sales Administration process for the business; receiving customer orders and populating all relevant customer and order details into the business system
- Process customer purchase orders, raise sales orders and associated works orders, and raise invoices and credit notes as required
- May support the estimating process for new enquiries including receiving and recording customer enquiries, and passing requests for estimates to the appropriate team(s) within the business.
- Receive, qualify and resolve customer complaints, referring to the appropriate function within the business as required
- Perform general office administration tasks including managing stationery orders, visitor bookings (including lunch, transportation and accommodation as needed).
