ACR is recruiting for a market-leading SME based in Birchwood, Warrington to recruit a Sales Administrator to join them full-time and permanently. The successful candidate will join a warm and welcoming team, some of which have been there for 20+ years. - Starting salary of £25,000-28,000 per annum
- Annual bonus of up to £3,000 (based on company profits, not individual targets)
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with an early finish on a Friday.

What will be expected of you:The main expectation of this role is to be the central point of contact for customers, providing high-quality customer service and detailed administration support.
- Deal with incoming enquiries
- Creating and sending quotations to customers
- Processing sales orders and moving them through the system
- Liaising with customers on queries, quotations and orders via phone and email
- Liaising with the external sales team supporting them with admin support
- Ensure goods are delivered safely and ensure documentation is precise and correct
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate information
What we are looking for:
- Experience within a customer focussed administration or coordination role
- Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Confident communication skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel
- Strong organisation skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
