Sales Administrator

Sodexo Health & Care are seeking an exceptionally organised, highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Sales Administrator.It is a diverse role covering all aspects to administration as well as offering the role holder the opportunity to conduct research and become involved in the bid process.  You will support the Bid Manager in the completion and maintenance of PQQ and RFP responses, updating and maintaining the knowledge base and relevant material on an IT database. You'll lend your expertise in assisting the Bid Manager with the layout, formatting, and compiling of bid submission documents, as well as managing the central Healthcare Business Development mailbox and tender portals. You will also be responsible for administering and maintaining Salesforce, the Sodexo CRM system (full system training will be given). You will also co-ordinate meetings, manage and assist in collating reports.This is a home based role with travel needed to London and the South on occasions.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for a person with excellent administration, coordination, and organizational skills, who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
