We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator position in the ST1 area.
We are looking for a professional, committed, determined individual with excellent administrative skills. The candidate must have good communication, organisation and basic computer skills and be comfortable making day to day decisions. (Training and support specific to the processes will be given.)
Responsibilities will include: Overseeing / managing the computerised stock system based on information supplied by operations. Creation of customer invoices. Creation of credit notes, once authorised. Collate rebate figures where applicable. Scrap invoicing management. Management of internal stock transfers. Manage stock adjustments where necessary. Review of basic reports for any anomalies The contracted hours are 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours worked will be by agreement between 7am and 7pm. The core hours being; 08:45hrs to 17:00hrs, Monday to Thursday and 08:45hrs to 15:45hrs on Fridays.
