SALARY £30000 - £31000
LOCATION - Drumchapel area (FREE onsite employee parking)
HOURS - 8am - 5pm Mon to Thurs and 4.30pm finish each Friday
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Very well established Civil Engineering company, based within beautiful, spacious and very modern offices, are seeking to expand their busy Admin team.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Working alongside the admin team and the Buying Manager, this is a varied and interesting role
Answering calls
Liaising with construction sites
Taking orders for machinery and materials from sites
Placing orders with suppliers
Negotiating rates with suppliers
Processing purchase orders on the system
Data entry - delivery lines from sites
Spreadsheets
We are seeking to hire someone ideally in the month of June or early July.
