Job description

Smart Solutions are working with a industry leading service provider, who are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a small and friendly team in Cwmbran. You will be responsible for administrative tasks for the internal sales team, chasing leads and additional administrative tasks as required by departmental managers.

Working Hours: Days, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

  • Taking quotations/inquiries from customers over the phone.
  • Issuing quotes to customers on the day it is collated.
  • To produce all aspects of quotes as directed by the Branch Manager.
  • To call customers and chase orders, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Proactively follow up on leads.
  • To undertake online research and investigation to identify new business opportunities for the Branch.
  • Customer service calls
  • Customer Account Development calls and emails
  • General branch administration.

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

  • Proven experience in sales administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Proactive and works well on own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Organised and ability to keep calm when under pressure
