Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator - up to £26,000 DOE

Ingatestone - Office Based with Free Parking

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a friendly hardworking team, processing customer orders, producing quotations and finalising artwork designs.

The role:

• Manage the sales inbox
• Produce quotations - following up
• Running Amazon & Ebay accounts
• Process online orders from the website or phone
• Processing & chasing payments
• Upselling where possible
• Process customer invoices once the orders are dispatched
• Deal with missing consignments and liaising with the customer

The ideal candidate

• Bubbly & Enthusiastic & Punctual
• Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Previous experience in retail or sales administration or sales
• Organisational skills
• Excellent Grammar
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
