We supply Builders, Timber Merchants, Hardware, and Landscaping Retailers across the country. About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating deliveries. Your organisational skills and teamwork will be crucial in maintaining high-quality customer service and meeting our service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders via email or phone
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients to gather missing information or address queries
• Collaborate with Logistics for timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records

Working Hours:

• 8am to 5pm Mondays - Thursdays
• 8am to 3pm Fridays

Ideal Candidate:

Are you goal-oriented, organised, and thrive in a team environment? We're looking for someone with:

• Work experience in sales administration or support
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAGE is a plus (training provided)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Dedication to teamwork and meeting deadlines

Salary & Benefits:

• £28,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
