My client are an independent Manufacturer operating in the heart of West Yorkshire who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their already well established warm & friendly team.
Duties:
* Pro-actively nurture, develop and maintain existing customer base to drive and increase sales
* Effectively respond to new sales enquiries from costing to follow-up
* Generate quotes and tenders to optimize profitability
* Provide technical and professional experience to build customer relations
* Process new and repeat orders.
* Purchasing of raw materials.
* Process and manage orders for the Ecommerce site.
* Deal with and manage customer complaints
Person Specification
* Previous experience and proven record in a similar role
* Industry/manufacturing knowledge is desirable but not essential.
* Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
* Must be pro-active in managing new and existing sales accounts.
* Good at relationship building at all levels of an organisation.
* Self-motivated and organised
* Good commercial awareness.
* Good team player, willing to help and support Sales colleagues.
* Excellent eye for detail is essential.
