Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the financial aspects of various construction projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Preparing detailed cost reports and valuations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally from a social housing background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
