If you are seeking a nice customer service role then this position as a Sales Administrator position will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in the sales department
- Assisting the sales team with the management of client requirements
- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
- Managing orders received by telephone and email, inputting on computer system
- Tracking orders from instigation stage through to successful customer delivery
- Raising customer invoices, managing payments received and inputting on system
