White Label Recruitment are currently working with a specialist Spares and Maintenance company within the HVAC industry. The company have been in business for over 100 years and are well-known and respected in the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team in the Watford area!
This site has multiple staff members who have been there over 20 years due to the great work environment, and are very successful in the marketplace.
The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Producing and sending quotes for Spares and Service - full training will be provided
- Processing orders/deliveries
- Ensuring any Technical enquires are passed to the relevant team members
- Maintaining company databases
- Liaising with customers to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained
The Person:
- Must have Sales Administration / Customer Service / Internal Sales experience - ideally within an Engineering environment (could be manufacturing, distribution, trade counter etc)
- Must have great communication skills
- Someone with experience with Microsoft Excel is ideal
- Someone who is willing to learn and keen to grow
The Package:
- Competitive salary - Dependent on experience
- 25 days holiday per annum plus statutory

- 37.5-hour week with flexi days (core hours 10:00-16:00), can work from 7:00 - 18:00.
- Opportunity to earn 1 flexi day (holiday) per month, if accrued 7.5 hours overtime. This is to be used the following month.
