Confident, professional Administrator required to complete a Maternity Contract for 9-10 months.
The role will be operational based undertaking the following duties:
- To process sales and purchase orders with a good level of accuracy, as well as sending out of customer invoices.
- General administration tasks.
- To Include booking in machine services and uploading H & S documents onto the H&S system
- Answering phone calls and transferring
The right candidate must have
- Solid administration experience
- Experienced working on an MRP system
- Basic accounts is preferred but not essential
Hours of work will be Full time 8am-4.30pm Mon-Thurs 8am-2.30pm Friday
This role will be an immediate start - ideally either 25th March2nd April to be trained before the maternity leave starts
Hourly rate: £10.42 - £12.00ph
