Temporary to permanent Office Administrator required for our client in Chessington, Surrey. Office based and parking on site.
WHAT WE ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Customer Service and Performance.
- Maintain required levels of branch stationery, office and canteen consumables.
- Obtain all POD's from the haulier's portals and scan them into the relevant job folders.
- Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, providing feedback to the Sales Team and Customers with all developments.
- Data entry of all production paperwork into spread sheets for analysis.
- Scanning all production paperwork into the relevant job folders.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers via telephone and face to face, ensuring visitors are treated promptly and with courtesy.
- Provide cover (once trained) for Logistics Manager:
- Planning deliveries with external hauliers and customers via email and telephone.
- Using external haulier's portals for entering deliveries onto their systems and liaising with the hauliers in relation to vehicle capacity/requirements.
- Cost control of transport spend.
- Data entry into Transport Charges Spreadsheet.
- Scanning all production paperwork into the relevant job folders.
- Organisation and processing of export documentation for overseas deliveries.
- Maintain and control Transport KPI's distributing reports daily.
Key Skills:
- Microsoft office, excel, word experience.
- Data entry and control of spread sheets
- Scanning production forms and POD's into the system
- Updating and sending out daily transport reports to sales team
- Liaising with customers and hauliers via email and telephone
- Covering the Logistics Manager - This role is very time critical and fast paced.
