The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a market leading Aerospace company who manufacture products for control/navigation for surface and air applications in the aerospace and defence markets.
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team in Plymouth on an initial 6-month contract. (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
- Liaising with Quality team to obtain up-to-date Reach and RoSH certificates for onward transmission to customers.
- Liaising with Quality team to obtain completed CMRT statements for products as required by customers.
- Implementing and maintaining a tracker for Loan units of high-performance inertial products, and ensuring Sales team facilitate timely return of loan products.
- Responding to customer requests for updated delivery schedule, and advising sales team of any delivery related issues
- Liaising with Sales Logistics team to resolve customer complaints regarding order processing time, product lead time or other relevant customer concerns.
- Assist in responding to basic quotation requests with standard pricing for distributors and individual customers by following appropriate SJI for CSI, ensuring Prospect data is loaded into CSI.
- Providing initial follow up services to customer contacts identified through trade show activities, including loading customer details into Act!
- Monitoring expiry of EUS and supporting core sales team in obtaining renewed EUS documents.
- Assisting in obtaining EUS forms to support new orders along with completion of denied party screening.
- Distributing Last Time Buy (LTB) notices to prescribed customer base as and when required.
- Provide guidance as subject matter expert (SME) to sales team on reviewing existing order data within CSI.
