We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to help manage our clients office.
About the Role
- Manage customer/supplier telephone and email queries efficiently and confidently
- Process Customer Sales Orders, returns and refunds
- Assist with Purchase Ordering
- Expedite back orders and update customers accordingly
- Track, trace and resolve delivery issues
Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock discrepancies
Must be able to use.

- Sage
