Sales Administrator. Property. SW London

The sales department of our property client is looking for a sales administrator to join their vibrant office in Clapham. The role involves supporting key members of the sales team - with room for growth.

The ideal candidate should be composed, focused, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.

While a background in property is advantageous, it is not essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• General office / administration support
• Assist the Sales Team with the coordination / preparation of property paperwork
• Organise photography, floorplan, EPC and sales team bookings
• Invoice recording
• Liaising with vendors
• AML checks
• Supporting the launch of properties
• Compiling sales files for team members
• Maintaining property presence on online property portals
• Providing cover for colleagues

Based: Office – SW London

Salary: £25 - £28k discretionary quarterly bonus, pension, healthcare + bens

Hours 8.45-6.00 pm Monday – Friday
