Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis for Company Accountant
- Preparing lodgements and invoices
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Customer care.
- Overseeing customers accounts.
- Issuing and maintaining insurance renewals, quotes and certificates.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar customer facing administration role is essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
