Salary Job Title: Senior Family Solicitor (5 PQE+)

My client are a distinguished Cheshire-based law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic and accomplished team. The firm prides itself on providing exceptional legal services in Family Law, and are committed to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Dependent on experience and PQE level, the position of HOD can be achieved by way of structured succession plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse range of Private Family Law and children cases, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Conduct own advocacy in family court proceedings, ensuring effective representation for clients.
Provide expert legal advice on complex Family Law matters, demonstrating a deep understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
Take a lead role in managing and supervising junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Engage in client management and business development activities to contribute to the growth of the Family Law practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in Family Law.
Proven experience in handling high-quality Private Family Law cases.
Demonstrated capability in conducting own advocacy in family court proceedings.
Previous experience in managing and supervising junior staff is desirable.
Strong knowledge of relevant Family Law legislation and case law.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
