Sales Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales department based at our Paisley site. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Reporting to Sales Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in the daily management of brokered and internal ash plant transactions along with supporting sales related functions including Transport and Operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Dealing with brokered ash enquiries including booking transport & third-party disposal outlets.
• Resolving customer queries to a satisfactory manner.
• Update all relevant systems, including Sales Order Forms & Enva CRM system.
• Liaise with other areas of the business as and when required.
• Maintain internal movement logs and assist in forecasting of ash movements.
• Run customer/business reports as and when required.
• Working as part of a team and sharing workloads.
• Build Strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Managing stock levels for office consumable items
• Generation of supplier purchase orders in conjunction with Specialist Operations & Transport Departments
• Any other duties as required by the business.

The right candidate will have:

• Ideally previous experience of working in a customer focused office-based role.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with good attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and ownership
• Competence in Microsoft packages Experience and Qualifications:

Experience and Qualifications:

• Some Experience in customer service
• previous office experience would be desirable but not essential.

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary:: From £22,000 to £26,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 26 days and 4 statutory days holiday.
