As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
