Job description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a Global, market-leading company at their UK head office based in Watford. You will be supporting B2B customer service team with all aspects of their sales administration during a busy period.

This is an ongoing temporary position, expected to last around 2 months but may be extended.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday working 09:00 - 17:30

Hybrid working

The company has free on-site parking and is on public transport routes.

Duties to include:

  • Completing customer set-up forms
  • Data entry on Excel and CRM system
  • Obtaining relevant documents and inputting information from these on the system
  • Ordering samples
  • Booking meetings & ensuring meeting rooms are free
  • Keeping up to date on the progress of customer applications
  • AdHoc support to the Customer Support and Sales teams
  • Making refreshments

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Immediately available for work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Good IT skills
