Sales Administrator required to join a well-established electrical manufacturing company in Braintree. Starting salary 23,000pa on a temporary-permanent basis working 08:00-16:30 with a 14:00 finish on a Friday! As well as this you will be working in a brand new purpose-built facilities, and will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) on permanent!
Key Sales Administrator duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with external and internal customers - end user, Technical Support, Planning/ Logistics and Sales
- Receive and input customer orders within 24 hours of receipt of order
- Up sell of customer orders when applicable
- Review, analyse and progress orders, order related reports/department updates received
- Participate in Credit Management in liaison with Finance Department - investigate and issue credit/debit notes
- Assist customers with invoice queries and escalate if necessary to resolve
- Escalate issues to line Management when necessary
- Process and respond to incoming enquiries-via fax, telephone, email
- Ad-Hoc Projects to support Internal Sales and Sales Team
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Administrator position:
- Experience in a Customer Services/general customer facing role.
- Good level of ability to communicate across all mediums - telephone, face to face and email
- Good degree of IT Literacy - MS Office, Excel. Other database awareness
- High level of numeracy/attention to detail
- Pro-active and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
