This would be a sales and customer service role working for firm which connects contractors and labourers with clients. You would be responsible for reaching out to the client base and assisting with the registration on the online portal and website.
Key Duties:
- Reaching out to warm client leads to obtain information
- Assisting clients with the registration process
- Answering incoming calls and queries on the business
- Ad-hoc admin
Key skills:
- Confident phone manner
- Previous experience within sales or customer service over the phone
- Ability to manage your own work-day and remain self-motivated
This would be a full-time role with potential for it to become permanent. It would be fully remote, 9am-5pm and they are looking to pay £15ph + holiday accrual.
